Blue Phacelia wildflowers, which are planted regularly in crop fields at The Wynding, make a stunning border along the beachside road with the magnificent castle as a backdrop. I spent a very pleasant afternoon beside the blue wildflowers which were buzzing with bee life. A preparatory sketch was made in watercolour, from which I completed a finished painting in oils, and this print was taken from that oil.

All my prints are individually made by a local specialist who works specifically in the field of fine art Giclee printing.

Prints are made using Epson lightfast archival grade inks that perfectly replicate the colours of the original painting and are printed on archival quality matt finish heavy grade paper.

Print image size is specified below the print title, and all have a white border of approximately 3cm.

Limited to an edition of 250 prints, each print is individually signed, numbered and titled in the white border by the artist Paul Armstrong and also comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.

All prints come unmounted and unframed, giving the customer the freedom to decide on their own particular tastes in mounts and frames. It is surprising, even with mounts, how many different shades of whites or off-whites are stocked by picture framers, so I think it’s best to refrain from me mounting prints in case the mount I choose isn’t the right match to a particular frame a customer wants.

U.K delivery:

All prints delivered in the U.K will be sent flat and sealed in a clear cellophane slip inside protective cardboard art delivery packaging.

International delivery:

All prints delivered to addresses outside the U.K will be sent rolled in a protective cardboard tube.

All prints are made to order and will normally be dispatched within 7-10 working days.
