Returns Policy

Returns:

I want you to be delighted with the art you buy from me and that is my main aim so please read the full product description prior to ordering to ensure that the products are exactly what you require. If for any reason you do not like what you have ordered, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. The item(s) and original packaging must be in the same condition they reached you in.

We cannot be held responsible for any return orders lost in the post so please ensure you get proof of postage and get the order tracked and signed for.

The cost of packing and returning an item is non-refundable so as mentioned above, please study item images carefully and check dimensions before ordering. 

Damaged / faulty items:

All items ordered are carefully examined before packing for any damage or faults and are packaged here in my studio. They are photographed prior to packing to ensure we cover ourselves in relation to compensation claims against our courier Royal Mail.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or defective please contact us in the first instance within 7 days via our website enquiry submission form and we will be happy to resolve the issue. We will require that you photograph or video the damage and packaging and we will issue a replacement and cover the cost of you returning the item back to us.

We want you to be happy with our art products and will do our best to resolve any issues.
