That magical time of day as the sun dips in the west, the clouds start turning to their glowing orange evening hues leaving the castle bathing in warm sunlight reflected in the wet sand. The light was fading fast on the beach as I made my reference sketch using soft pastels on heavy grade paper. However, pastels were a great medium for recording the light effects quickly. I used the reference sketch to later complete a finished painting in oils on canvas board from which this print is taken.
Each card is individually sealed in a cellophane slip and comes with a plain white envelope.
